On the night - ONLINE

On the night you simply get your scent discovery kit out ready, have a couple of fresh clean wax burners at the ready, pour yourself a glass of something lovely and log on with the link inside your scent discovery kit!

Tara will be hosting the event and talking you through the scent discovery kit, showing you each of the six core scents using the wax melt and spray samples in your kit - followed by an introduction to the entire Festivo line of Candles, wax melts, gift sets & home accessories

There is a max 200 spaces available for the online event and max 30 VIP tickets for the Candle Barn over two sessions.

No discount codes can be applied to this purchase as the cost is purely for samples and postage - you will receive far more than the cost of the sample kit in discounts no the night

So grab a glass of Prosecco, get comfy, turn the phone off and log in with a PC, tablet or iPad ( a bigger screen is always better) and let's have some fun, sniff some gorgeous scents and do a little shopping or browsing.

What happens once I order?

All Scent Discovery Kits will be posted by 13th October - on a tracked 48 hour service. Once your kit arrives you should keep it and ensure the contents remain in place in their compartments in your box - we want the scents to be a surprise and for you to ave fun with us in the "sniff phase"- So if you cannot resist and just have to open the box please carefully replace the melts in the same place.

Inside your box will be a QR code - simply scan this with your phone camera and it will take you to our website page where you will find a button to click to join the LIVE

You will also be sent an event reminder a few days before the event, the day before and an hour before reminding you of the link to join the LIVE. If you do not join the LIVE event you will not have the chance to win the prize draw, or receive the attendees special discount code for the evening but you will be able to watch the live recording and sniff along at your leisure

TICKETS For the LIVE AT THE OLD GRANARY event are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Non-attendance does not qualify for refund due to the limited number of passes we can make available and the short time between now and the event

DELIVERY

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service unless stated otherwise
Delivery is 48hours from point of dispatch which is usually 1 -2 business days from point of order but may increase during peak periods.
Once your parcel is dispatched an email will be sent along with your tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY:

You have 14 days to return after an order has been delivered
Items are to be returned in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable/brand new condition. This excludes wax melt selection boxes for safety & hygiene reasons
Items not in their original packaging or damaged in any way will be rejected
Uno Lusso Ltd does not cover the shipping cost of any returns
Return requests after 14 days will not be considered/approved

FAULTY/DAMGAED GOODS POLICY:

Every parcel is inspected and photgraphed at point of sealing the parcel for dispatch. On very rare occasions goods can become damaged in transit. Customers must check ALL ITEMS thoroughly after a delivery has been made. Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Damage claims made after 5 days are not valid and Uno Lusso Ltd is not obligated to process a claim.

Should you have purchased an item from us but is not manufactured by us we will of course meet our obligations to you the customer by way of return, refund or exchange in the event that a fault is found. We take no responsibility for any damages caused by a faulty third party product - this type of claim must be made directly by the manufacturer and details are available by request for each product. This information is also provided on the packaging of each item including any relevant manufacturers warranty.

HOW TO RETURN:

Email hello@unolusso.com and include your order number, the email addressed you placed the order with and a photo of the damage to the item and the outer box / packaging. You must retain the outer box and all packaging to submit a claim.
We do not cover the delivery costs of any returns
When items arrive safely back to us, they are quality checked and a returns decision finalised.
You will receive an email confirming this and the relevant refund or replacement will be confirmed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for any resulting refund to be processed
Shipping costs are none refundable

*It is the customers responsibility to ensure items arrive safely back to us within 14 days from delivery. Uno Lusso Ltd reserves the right to refuse a full refund if the item returned is damaged due to lack of packaging or not as originally described at the time of the returns request or is not returned within the stated time period.
