We are a small but thriving home fragrance business that handcrafts beautiful products such as candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers and much more.

From our beautiful candle barn in the village of Impington, we dispatch 100's of parcels every week to customers and stockists across the UK - to keep up with growing demand we now seek a Packing & Logistics Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

-Picking products from our stock area to fulfil customer orders

-Checking orders picked against order and quality control checks

-Packing each item with care

-Filling, taping and labelling parcels accurately

-Weighing parcels ready for dispatch

-Checking in materials, deliveries and storing away packaging materials

-Transferring stock from production into correct stock area

What you need

If we sound like the type of company you would like to work with you will need the following:

-Previous working experience - Either in a manufacturing, warehouse or e-commerce type environment would be preferred but full training will be given

-Flexibility - While we are still a small team it requires all of us to pull together and help each other on a daily basis

-Great attention to detail - our standards are very high due to the quality of product we produce - it's important that each and every parcel arrive in perfect condition and this comes from correct order picking and quality packing

-Growth Mindset - you must have a great attitude when it comes to learning, doing things properly, accepting coaching when needed and taking pride in your own work and that of the wider team
