We are a small but thriving home fragrance business that handcrafts beautiful products such as candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers and much more.
From our beautiful candle barn in the village of Impington, we lovingly handcraft products such as candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers and much more
Our profile is growing rapidly with over 15,000 UK customers, many retail and leisure stockists and some high profile partnerships
We now seek an Office & Marketing Assistant to work closely with us to help with every day office and marketing tasks with an option to focus on one fully as the role develops
Key Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer and supplier queries and emails
-Answering the phone
-Chasing up supplier orders and deliveries
-Responding to social media queries and comments
-Assisting with product photography
-Assisting with producing attractive posts and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
-Assisting with email marketing and website content and blogs

What you need
If we sound like the type of company you would like to work with you will need the following:
-Previous working experience - Either in a general office or marketing assistant type role
-Social Media - a strong working knowledge of using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
-Office Software - working knowledge of using common office programmes such as Word, Excel or similar
-Flexibility - While we are still a small team it requires all of us to pull together and help each other on a daily basis
-Great attention to detail - our standards are very high due to the quality of product we produce - it's important that each and every parcel arrive in perfect condition and this comes from correct order picking and quality packing
-Growth Mindset - you must have a great attitude when it comes to learning, doing things properly, accepting coaching when needed and taking pride in your own work and that of the wider team
