We are a small but thriving home fragrance business that handcrafts beautiful products such as candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers and much more.

From our beautiful candle barn in the village of Impington, we pour candles and wax melts daily and now seek an enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our team!

Producing products daily and in response to demand from online customers and stockists we have to move quickly without compromising on quality or attention to detail. Due to our rapid success we now need new team members to help us with our busy workload.

Key Responsibilities:

-Preparing workshop for candle making

-Setting out candles and preparing wicks

-Assisting with candle and wax melt pouring and wick trimming

-Labelling products and final packaging

-Cleaning and preparing work utensils and stations

-You may at times be required to work in our dispatch area assisting with order packing at peak times

What you need

If we sound like the type of company you would like to work with you will need the following:

-Previous working experience - Either in a manufacturing, retail, leisure, craft or e-commerce type environment

-Flexibility - While we are still a small team it requires all of us to pull together and help each other on a daily basis

-Great attention to detail - our standards are very high due to the quality of product we produce

-Growth Mindset - you must have a great attitude when it comes to learning, doing things properly, accepting coaching when needed and taking pride in your own work and that of the wider team
