We focus our efforts in an efficient way in order to make our pricing as low as possible to you and to dispatch orders and resolve queries in the quickest way possible. We cannot handle order queries via telephone or via social media channels. All orders are usually dispacthed within 1 full business day of you placing your order but in many cases it is same day. At peak times or on launch days there might be a change but if that is the case it will always be displayed at the top of our website on the home page to advise you. Once your order is collected you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information. This email can sometimes get stuck in your spam folder so please check there. The same information is also available if you log into your account or create an account online. As long as you use the same email that you used to place your order our website will list all live and previous orders in your account with the order status and tracking information.

You can view a lot more information about VIP Membership here - our monthly subscription box is sent out each month on the 12th. If the 12th falls on a weekend or bank holiday it will be dispatched on the next business day. As with all orders, once it is dispatched you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking. This is also available in your account area on our website.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping. Your tracking information is always available within your account area and is also emailed to you once your order is shipped. Just click the link and you can monitor, track or divert your delivery.

As pet owners ourselves we make all products with the entire family in mind. This means we use fine fragrance oils, essential oils and natural products as much as possible. We avoid the use of known oils that can cause reactions with animals however if your pet is exotic, you have any concerns or your pet has specific allergies you should contact your vet for advice. Each product lists all ingredient information on our website and on the product labebeling. Share this information with your vet. In our entire history of trading we have never had a single event regarding adverse reactions in any human or pet. Please note this advice is subject to the products being used as instructed only.

As members of the National Federation of Candlemakers we take our craft seriously but beyond our professional standards we believe in making products with materials that are ethically sourced and avoid ingredients that can harm people, animals or the planet. All fragrance oils are fine fragrance oils and essential oils. All waxes used are our own 100% organic coconut wax blends. All products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.

You will find our wax melts are stronger and longer lasting than almost any other alternative. This is due to both the quality of ingredients used but also the care we take in making them.

Just add a cube or two (Depends on the size of your wax burner dish - make sure whatever volume you use sits comfortably inside the dish before melting). Turn on your wax burner (if electric) or ligh the tealight (unscented only) and watch as the wax melts rapidly. We use organic coconut wax so it melts super fast. As the wax melts it releases the fragrance into the air. You can turn off your burner or extinguish your tealight and relight / restart again as many times as you wish. You will see the wax hardens back up again each time. You can repeat as many times as you like until the scent fades. Usually this is a minimum of 24 hours of continuous burn time but will be longer in an electric wax warmer as the temperature is generally more evenly regulated. When you are ready to change the wax simply light your burner for 20 seconds or so - just enough to loosen but not melt the wax and the disc of wax will pop out in one piece and can be disposed of in your household bin. Simply wipe the dish clean and replace with a fresh wax melt,

We do create sample sized wax melts that allow you to test drive a new scent at home before committing to a larger purchase.
